We want you to love your Costa Vita Purolino pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

🕊️ Easy, Free Returns — No Questions Asked

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
  • Whether it’s the wrong fit, a change of mind, or something unexpected — no problem.
  • As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and in resale condition with tags attached, we’ll gladly accept your return.
  • Returns are completely free — we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Request a Return

Simply email us at hello@costavitapurolino.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • A brief note (optional) — so we can continue to improve

We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid return label.


Refunds

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.
  • Refunds are processed once your return is received and checked by our team.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • If your item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll prioritise your return — please reach out and we’ll make it right.
  • Abuse of Policy
    While our returns policy is designed to be fair and supportive of all our customers, we reserve the right to modify, limit, or decline return or refund requests in cases where we believe the policy is being misused or taken advantage of.
