At Costa Vita Purolino, we aim to keep things simple, fast, and stress-free — the way online shopping should be.
📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders, Australia-wide — no minimums, no fine print.
- Express Shipping is available for customers who want a little more speed for $12.95.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.
- Orders placed before 11am AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day from our Sunshine Coast warehouse (Warana, QLD).
- Orders placed after 11am or on weekends/public holidays will ship the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Express Post: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
- Standard Post: 2–5 business days
Please note: While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, we can’t guarantee exact timeframes, as delays may occasionally occur with Australia Post.
🌏 International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to a growing list of countries.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $17.50 AUD for all international orders
- All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard, with tracking.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Customs & Duties:
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may be charged by your local customs office and are outside our control.
We are required by law to declare the value and nature of goods for international shipments — we cannot mark orders as gifts.
